Proper Night Time Dental Health

While most of us our good about performing our proper dental hygiene routines while we’re awake, some people may not be aware that night time dental health care is just as important. While we’re awake, we’re aware of the foods and drinks we consume, and we know that sometimes, an extra brushing or flossing is a good idea after a particularly heavy or sugary meal. This will help to remove food particles that can lead to bacteria in our mouths, and in turn, help to prevent plaque and tartar buildup.
